Vehicle pricing, inventory status, and dealer listing details are sourced from third-party data and best-effort dealer page checks. DeltaCar does not guarantee that displayed prices, incentives, availability, taxes, or fees match the dealer's final offer.
Billing and upgrades
Premium plans and purchased search packs are delivered after Stripe confirms payment. Purchases are final and non-refundable. Premium cancellations stop future renewals only and do not reverse charges for the current billing period.
Abuse and access limits
DeltaCar may rate-limit, restrict, or suspend accounts that abuse search access, attempt to bypass quota rules, or interfere with the integrity of billing, authentication, or live data retrieval.
Service changes
DeltaCar may update pricing, search limits, plan features, third-party data sources, or access rules as the service evolves. Material billing changes should be reflected in the product before they take effect for new purchases.
